摘要
目的测定并比较12种中药材中脂肪酸的含量与种类,解析中药药效功能与营养保健价值。方法采用气相色谱法,外标一点法定量,根据中国药典所列功能进行比较分析。结果 12种中药材中共涵盖37种脂肪酸对照品中的32种。综合比较总脂肪酸、油酸、亚油酸、花生酸的含量居前五位的药材,核桃仁与苦杏仁均居前列。经功效对比,富含脂肪酸的中药材均具有润肠通便之功效。结论富含脂肪酸的中药材多具有润肠通便功能,核桃仁与苦杏仁无论从食品还是从保健食品角度均具有保健功效与营养学价值。
Objective To determine and compare the contents and types of fatty acids from 12 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials,and analyze their medicinal effects and nutritional values.Methods Gas chromatography(GC) was adopted,with external standard method for quantitative study.The comparative analysis of functions was performed on the basis of the functions listed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results The 12 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials covered 32 kinds of fatty acids included in 37 kinds of control products.With the total contents of total fatty acids,oleic acid,linoleic acid and arachidic acid as the evaluation indices,bitter almonds and walnuts were both in the front ranks.The comparative analysis of functions showed that Chinese medicinal materials rich in fatty acids had a laxative effect.Conclusion Most Chinese medicinal materials rich in fatty acids possess laxative effect.Walnuts and bitter almonds both have health care function and nutritional values.
