摘要
以黑木相思为寄主树,开展放养夏代紫胶虫试验,通过定期观测和比较不同方位不同径级枝条的紫胶虫初期固定取食、雌虫固定取食及产胶量,结果表明:紫胶虫初期固定取食、雌虫固定取食最好的枝条径级为1-2cm、2-3cm两个径级,紫胶虫产胶量最高的枝条径级为2-3cm,而径级1cm以下和4cm以上的枝条上述三项指标均较低。因此,黑木相思作为夏代放养紫胶虫寄主树,放养效果与枝条粗细度关系密切,选择枝径1-3cm枝条是黑木相思放养紫胶虫成败关键;放养方位以南侧枝条较好。
Acacia melanoxylon was taken as the host tree. This study determined the initiation fixing feeding amount, female fixing feeding amount and lac production amount of Kerria laeca by living on the different direction and different diameter class branches of A. melanoxylon. The results showed the best diameter class branches for the initiation fixing feeding amount, female fixing feeding were 1-2cm and 2-3cm; the best diameter class branches for lac production amount were 2-3cm; the worst branches for three indexes were 〈 lcm and 〉 4cm. There were close relationship between production effect and branch diameter. The 1-3cm diameter branches were the critical for K. laeea's living. The south direction was good for it.
