安塞油田微生物对低渗储层伤害的微观机理研究

摘要 安塞油田自2009年至今已实施微生物驱30余口,为了搞清微生物对低渗储层伤害的主要因素,采用了高温高压动态损害仪进行了模拟损害实验,分析研究了微生物对储层伤害的微观机理。结果表明安塞油田所用微生物造成储层伤害主要是滞留伤害,微生物及其代谢产物滞留造成的油相有效渗透率下降35%左右,但是生物聚合物本身具有生物可降解性,随着时间的延长,岩心伤害率能够恢复到90%以上。微生物代谢产物中的表面活性剂反而可以缓解水锁伤害,提高油相岩心渗透率10%以上。 Microbial flooding has been implemented more than 30 wells in Ansai oilfield since 2009,in order to find out the main factors of microbial damage to low permeability reservoir, using the dynamic damage meter of high temperature and high pressure to simulate damage experiment,analysising microscopic mechanism research on microbial damage to low permeability reservoir.The results showed that the main reservoir damage is retention damage.Products retention caused by microbes and their metabolic result in oil phase permeability decreasing about 35 %.But biological polymer itself has biodegradability,with the exten- sion of time,core damage can be restored to more than 90 %.Surface active agent of microbial metabolites but can relieve water locking damage.To improve the oil phase permeability over 10 %.
