摘要
目的观察米索前列醇片用于无痛人流术及绝经后妇女取环术扩张宫颈的临床效果。方法将86例行无痛人流术或绝经后取环术妇女随机分为两组,各43例。观察组术前2 h于阴道后穹窿处放置米索前列醇片200μg,对照组不予特殊处理。观察两组术中宫颈扩张情况及疼痛程度。结果观察组术中宫颈扩张有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的30.23%(P<0.01);观察组扩宫时疼痛评分为(2.3±1.7)分,低于对照组的(6.5±2.9)分(P<0.01)。结论米索前列醇片可有效扩张宫颈,降低无痛人流术及绝经后妇女取环术难度,减轻受术者疼痛,是一种有效的术前处理措施。
Objective To study the efficacy of misoprostol tablets in painless induced abortion and postmenopausal women undergoing cervical loop operation. Methods Eighty-six patients undergoing painless abortion or intrauterine surgery were randomly divided into two groups（ n = 43,each group）; treatment group was placed in the posterior vaginal fornix place 2 hours before the procedure with misoprostol tablets 200 μg and control group was not given any special treatment. The degree of cervical dilatation and postoperative pain of two groups were assessed. Results Cervical dilatation effective rate of treatment group（ 100. 00%） was higher than that of the control group（ 30. 23%,P〈0. 01）; the pain score during expansion（ 2. 3 ± 1. 7） was lower than that of the control group（ 6. 5 ± 2. 9,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Misoprostol tablets can effectively expand cervix,reduce difficulty of painless abortion and postmenopausal cervical loop operation,relieve pain as an effective preoperative treatment measure.
