转炉主控室防护装置的优化设计

摘要 转炉主控室防护装置通常每扇门都由2台电液推杆同时驱动,这种结构的液压杆容易发生偏斜,导致电液推杆发生故障;同时2扇门经常形成"V"型门缝,防护效果减弱,存在安全隐患。优化后,转炉主控室防护装置的上、下门均由1台电液推杆单独驱动,保证门在升降过程中不会发生偏斜,液压杆也垂直升降,减少了故障发生的概率。 Usually in protection device of master control room of converter every door is pushed at the same time by two electric hydraulic push rods, but deflection of door easily occurs in this structure, and causes breakdown of the push rod; at the same time two doors often form a "V - shpae" gap between them, and the latter would weaken the protection effect, cause a safety hidden trouble. After optimization, the upper or lower door of the protecting device is controlled separately by one electric hydraulic push rod to guarantee the door not deflected, and the hydraulic rod also lifts vertically, the breakdown rate reduced.
