摘要
西藏东部某铜矿石铜品位0.60%,钼品位0.026%,铜氧化率18.33%,钼氧化率11.54%,属混合矿。试验采用先硫后氧工艺流程,使用新型高效捕收剂BKY,取得较好的浮选工艺指标,小型浮选闭路试验指标为:铜精矿1铜品位25.29%、铜回收率74.90%,钼品位1.21%、钼回收率82.13%;铜精矿2铜品位6.20%、铜回收率7.37%;最终,铜综合回收率84.85%。
A copper ore in Eastern Tibet with 0. 60% of Cu content and 18. 33% of Cu oxidation rate,and with0. 026% of Mo content and 11. 54% of Mo oxidation rate of raw ore,is defined as mixed ore. In this paper,the mineral processing research on this copper-molybdenum ore is carried out by using a new high efficient collector BKY. The indexes of mineral processing in the small-scale closed trial are as following: copper concentrate1 Cu grade is 25. 29% and recovery 70. 90%,with Mo 1. 21% and Mo recovery 82. 13%; copper concentrate 2 Cu grade6. 20%,Cu recovery 7. 37%; the total recovery of Cu is 84. 85%.
