摘要
城镇化的发展与"土地红利"及其利用方式密切相关,未来新型城镇化战略的实现离不开"土地红利"的支撑。文章系统分析了土地红利的影响因素及其发展演进规律,指出新型城镇化阶段"土地红利"的转型路径不是单一化的,为适应新型城镇化高公共投入并解决以往遗留的城镇化问题,未来应从"调节红利的分配结构"和"增进红利的总量"两大要求出发探索更加多元化的转型路径。
The development of urbanization and the ＂land dividend＂ and its utilization mode are closely related.Accompanying the transition to new urbanization, the use mode of land dividend should be changed as a support for the implementation of new urbanization strategy. The authors analyze the factors of land dividend and its development tendency, and point out that the transformative path of land dividend should not be unitary according to the demands of new urbanization. Rather, it should be transformed along multi- paths following the double demands of ＂interest distribution adjustment＂ and ＂dividends increase＂.
