摘要
针对电子商务快速发展背景下京东商城自建物流问题,进行了优劣势分析,无论与第三方物流模式对比还是实证检验结果均证明了京东自建物流具有显著优势,但是自建物流运作过程中还会存在投资过大风险增加、员工队伍管理难度大、无法关注核心业务的潜在风险,因此应该从关注核心业务、合理进行利益分配、培养专业人才、改革薪资增长模式等方面加以改进。
This thesis researches the issue of self - logistics in Jingdong under the background of the rapiddevelopment of e - commerce. With the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages and the comparison of thethird party logistics, it proved that the self- logistics enjoyed significant advantages. However, there exist potentialrisks of too large investment, difficult management of staff, and distraction from core business.
