摘要
文章结合实际造价管理中遇到的问题,明确了新的计价模式已经改变了传统的招投标方法的计价基础和模式,对清单计价模式下"合理低价评标法"的法律依据、特点、意义以及实施前提和保证措施等问题进行了探讨。
It is made clear of, the new pricing mode has changed the traditional bidding basis and method of valuation mode,combined with the actual problems in cost management, and discussed the legal basis, characteristics, significance and implementing premise and guarantee measures and other issues of the ＂reasonable low bid evaluation method＂ in the BOQ valuation mode in this paper.
