摘要
圆弧锥齿轮是基于Bertrand共轭原理发展起来的一种新型齿轮。建立了弧齿锥齿轮的模型;进行了有限元模拟仿真分析,通过计算机仿真提取前5阶的固有频率及振型,为改善齿轮零件的频率响应特性、工作中的可靠性提供了依据。
The circular arc spiral bevel gear is a new kind of gear which has developed based on the theory of conjugate beam of Bertrand. This paper Established the model of spiral bevel gear; and made simulated analysis through finite element simulation, obtained the top 5 inherent frequencies and vibration modes order through the computer simulation, in order to improve, which provide the basis for the improvement of the frequency response characteristics of gear parts and the reliability in the work.
