农村水利是指在农村开展的水利建设、管理及其它有关水问题方面的工作,包括农村水工程、水资源和水环境。文章根据多年工作经验,结合本市实际情况,针对农村水利面临的形势和问题,对农村水利工作的重点和方向加以研究,并提出了针对性措施。
