摘要
本文运用单案例的研究方法,通过对GE资料的筛选和分析,提炼出GE四轮驱动的人力资源管理提升模型,包括价值观驱动、Session C会议激发、Work-out激励、活力曲线牵引,揭示了GE人力资源管理实践对推动企业竞争力的支撑作用。
The paper Screens and analyzes the GE data which including authoritative and distinctive data related to GE human resources through a single case study method. By classification and construction, it extracts from the four wheel drive human resources model of GE, including values driven, session C meeting incentive, work- out excited smile curve traction, reveals the human resource management practices of GE, supporting role to promote the competitiveness of enterprises, to provide beneficial i, nspirafiou for the internationalization of Chinese enterprises development.
