摘要
研究了不同排胶温度下,一种特殊结构的加工助剂对半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶溶聚丁苯橡胶和顺丁橡胶(SSBR/BR9000)性能的影响。结果表明,加工助剂的使用有利于提高白炭黑的分散性,改善硫化胶的物理机械性能。使用加工助剂的胶料在155℃的排胶温度下更有利于白炭黑在橡胶中的分散,胶料的门尼粘度降低;硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、定伸应力提高,压缩生热、阿克隆磨耗降低。
Effect of new-type processing aid on the tire tread under different discharging temperature was investigated.The results showed that the incorporation of processing aid improved the dispersion of silica in rubber matrix and improved the mechanical properties of vulcanizates.The compound with processing aid dumped at 155℃ had better filler dispersion and lower Mooney viscosity,and the corresponding vulcanizates had improved tensile strength,tear strength,modulus and lower heat buildup and Akron abrasion loss.
