手术治疗Ⅴ级肝损伤7例分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨V级肝损伤的手术治疗方法。方法回顾性分析7例V级肝损伤手术治疗患者的临床资料,其中4例行第一肝门处门静脉右支缝合修补为主的复杂手术,1例行部分尾状叶切除及肝短静脉修补为主手术,1例行左肝动脉内支吻合为主的肝破裂修补术,1例行左肝静脉修补为主手术。结果 1例患者术后第10天因脑疝死亡,其余6例患者术后治愈出院。术后并发症中有1例胆漏和腹腔感染,1例肝脓肿,1例术后第4天腹腔出血。结论对V级肝损伤的手术治疗,可根据具体损伤部位、损伤程度及合并伤的情况选择有针对性的手术方式治疗,以取得较好的疗效。
