摘要
目前中药材的种植和农药的使用是密切相关的,而且大部分农药是很难降解的,由此带来的中药材的农药残留和对环境的污染是亟待解决的问题。建立高效快速的农药残留检测方法是近年来研究的热点,本文综述了目前中药材中农药残留的现状,中药材中农药残留检测方法的研究进展,详细介绍了色谱法,联用技术,以及免疫分析法在农药残留分析中的应用领域以及未来的发展方向。
At present, Chinese herbal cultivation and use of pesticides is closely related, and most of the pesticides are difficult to degrade, pesticide residues resulting medicines and environmental pollution is a serious problem. Establish an efficient method for rapid detection of pesticide residues is a research hotspot in recent years, in this paper, the current status of pesticide residues in herbal medicines reviewed, the research progress of pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines in detection methods, described in detail chromatography, hyphenated techniques, as well as immune analysis applications in analysis of pesticide residues and the future direction of development.
