依达拉奉对氧惊厥小鼠脑组织白细胞介素-1β和白细胞介素-10含量的影响 被引量:2

Effects of edaravone on levels of IL-1β and IL-10 in brain tissue of mice after hyperbaric oxygen-induced convulsion

摘要 将56只小鼠随机分为氧惊厥组、依达拉奉组以及正常对照组。氧惊厥组和依达拉奉组小鼠置于高压氧环境中至惊厥发作,建立氧惊厥小鼠模型。用酶联免疫吸附法检测小鼠脑组织白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量。结果显示,依达拉奉24 h组和48 h组小鼠脑组织IL-1β含量均低于同时间点氧惊厥组(P<0.05);氧惊厥组、依达拉奉组和正常对照组之间小鼠脑组织IL-10含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。提示依达拉奉可以有效降低氧惊厥小鼠在惊厥早期脑组织IL-1β水平,有助于减轻惊厥性脑损伤。
