摘要
随着高职院校毕业生就业竞争压力的增加,专业指导教师对高职在校生的职前教育显得尤为重要,由此高职专业指导教师的综合素养对毕业生的质量起着决定性的作用。文章剖析了决定高职专业指导教师综合素养的重要因子,借鉴要素产出理论模型构建专业教师综合素养模型,并就高职专业指导教师综合素养的培养与提升的有效途径进行探究。
With the increasing competitive pressures of employment for the graduates of higher vocational college,it becomes particularly important for the professional instructor to offer pre-vocational education for school students,and the comprehensive literacy of professional instructor plays a decisive role in the quality of vocational graduates.This paper analyzes the important factors which decided the comprehensive literacy of professional instructor,takes a reference from the element-output theoretical model to build the comprehensive literacy model of professional instructor,and explores the effective ways to promote the comprehensive literacy of professional instructor.
