摘要
外科手术是治疗肺癌最有效的手段之一,然而术后肺部并发症(PPC)的高发生率和致死率至今依然困扰着临床。良好的肺功能是保证手术成功的关键。本文主要综述开胸手术对肺功能的影响,以及常用手术风险评估的肺功能检测指标及其方法。
Surgery is one of the most effective methods for the treatment of lung cancer. The high incidence and mortality of postoperative pulmonary complications（PPC） still perplex clinicians. Good lung function is the key to a successful operation. This review describes the effects of pulmonary function on lung cancer patients’ surgery for operation risk assessment.
