摘要
建筑用自保温砌块在块型一定的情况下,孔型对墙体热工性能的影响很大.为了对自保温砌块的孔型进行优化,针对3种不同自保温砌块孔型,利用ANSYS分析软件进行孔型优化设计.结果表明:自保温砌块孔型不同,砌块热阻就不同,砌块的保温隔热性能即不同;在满足力学、生产及施工的基础上,热阻值越大的砌块,保温隔热性能越好.
In the situation that the pattern of self-insulation blocks is fixed,hole patterns have great influence on thermal performance of walls.In order to optimize the hole patterns of self-insulation blocks,according to 3different hole patterns,this paper conducts optimization design of hole patterns with ANSYS.Results show that different hole patterns lead to different thermal resistance and different thermal insulation of blocks.On the premise of meeting mechanics,manufacturing and constructing requirements,the block with higher thermal resistance value has better thermal insulation property.
