摘要
水平井速钻桥塞体积压裂是国内外致密油气藏开发的主体技术,增产提速效果明显。该工艺压裂后需利用连续油管钻磨桥塞,在长水平段、复杂井况下施工难度大,且长庆油田沟壑纵横的道路条件难以满足设备动迁需要,加之作业费用昂贵,应用受限。为此,开展优化工艺管柱设计、研发高效磨鞋、优化工艺参数、研制易钻桥塞等研究工作,实现了水平井常规油管井下动力钻磨工艺。现场应用表明,该技术成功率为100%,且具有适应性强、施工效率高、低成本等优点。
Fast-drilling bridge plug and volumetric fracturing in horizontal well are major technologies for the development of tight reservoir at home and abroad with obvious production increase. After the fracturing,coiled tube is needed to drill bridge plug. The operation is difficult in long-distance horizontal section with complex well conditions. Furthermore,the poor road conditions with many trenches in Changqing Oilfield cannot meet the need of the transportation of equipment. In addition,the operation cost is expensive; therefore,the application is not applicable. To solve the problem,the optimization of designing drilling string,research and development of efficient mill shoe,optimization of technique parameters and the development of drillable bridge plug have achieved the down-hole power drilling in conventional tubing in horizontal well. The field application has revealed that the success rate reached 100%. It is featured by many advantages such as strong adaptability,efficient operation and low cost.
