摘要
阐述了驾照式管理中临床药师依托"合理用药信息系统"平台与临床医师进行点对点沟通,拓展并优化了临床药师与临床医师的沟通途径,有利于临床合理用药工作的开展,在促进临床合理用药方面起到了重要作用。
In the driver＇s license type management, clinical pharmacists rely on the information system for the rational drug use for the point-to-point communication with clinicians, which expands and optimizes the communication approaches of pharmacists and clinicians, helps with the work of clinical rational drug use, and plays an important role in promoting clinical rational drug use.
