摘要
目的充分发挥三级医院先进文化的引领作用,多渠道、多元化传播先进医院文化成果,助推区域医院文化建设与提升。方法从我院先进的文化理念和多渠道文化传播路径入手,重点阐述我院文化成果在新疆区域医院文化协同发展中的作用。结果远程网络、教育培训等科学的医院文化传播方式,既赋予现代医院文化传承新内涵,也助推区域医院文化发展繁荣。结论加强区域医院文化建设,助力边疆"健康梦"。
Objective： give full rein to the leading role of Grade three hospital’s advanced culture, propagate advanced hospital culture in a multi-channel and diversified way so as to boost the building and elevation of regional hospital culture. Method： taking our hospital’s advanced culture concept and multi-channel culture propagation path as our starting point, emphasize will be put on the critical role the culture fruit of our hospital plays in Xinjiang regional hospital’s coordinated culture development.Result： scientific hospital culture propagation method such as remote network and education training not only confers new meaning on modern hospital’s culture inheritance, but also promotes the flourishing of regional hospital culture. Conclusion：strengthen regional hospital culture building; make contribution to border area’s “dream of health”.
