摘要
目的调查分析医务人员对PDCA循环认知及作用评价,为深入开展医疗质量持续改进工作提供思路。方法采用问卷调查法,抽取各门诊科室、各病区、医技科室、医辅科室医务人员共199人作为对象进行现场调查。结果 99%的调查对象清楚PDCA循环的原理及其实施步骤;89%的调查对象认为有必要采用PDCA循环方法进行持续医疗质量改进,但仅有74.7%的调查对象认为采用PDCA循环方法对持续改进医疗质量有帮助,其中护士中有84.8%认为有帮助,医师中有61.8%认为有帮助,二者差异有统计学意义(x2=12.47,P=0.002)。结论通过鼓励全院参与采用PDCA循环开展持续改进医疗质量活动,医务人员对PDCA循环管理方法的认可与接受程度提高,从而为该院医疗质量持续改进工作的深入开展打下了良好基础;但是医师对PDCA循环管理方法的认可程度还有待提升。
Objective Investigate and analysis the medical staff＇s cognition and effect evaluation of PDCA circle, in order to provide idea and direction of carrying out the continuous improvement of the medical work quality. Method Adopt questionnaires, extract medical staff of 199 people from various outpatient departments, each ward, medical departments, Paramedical departments as targets to conduct the site survey. Result 99% of respondents are clear about PDCA cycle principle and implementation steps; 89% of respondents considered it necessary to adopt the PDCA cycle method for continuous improvement of medical quality, but only 74.7% of respondents believe that the use of the PDCA cycle will contribute to continuous improvement of medical quality; of which has 84.8% of the nurses consider it helpful, and so is this point from 61.8% of physicians. The difference has statistical significance （a2=12.47, P=0.002） . Conclusion By encouraging hospital-wide participation in activities of adopting the PDCA cycle to carry out continuous improvement of medical quality, the medical staffs＇ recognition and acceptance of PDCA circle management have been improved, so as to lay a good foundation for continually improvement of the medical quality of the hospital; But physicians＇ recognition of the PDCA cycle management methods has yet to be improved.
