摘要
目的通过在三级甲等综合性医院实行主诊医师负责制探索这一医疗管理模式的可行性。方法通过查阅文献综述、外出调研、问卷调查、数据分析等方法,参考国内其他医院实行主诊医师负责制的运行模式,结合北京地区的经济、文化背景和医院的具体实际情况,设计出适合该院的主诊医师负责制模式及其运行机制,并在临床科室进行实践。结果通过对实施前、后主诊组医疗质量指标变化的对比分析,论证了主诊医师负责制模式对医疗质量的影响。结果表明推行主诊医师负责制对于医院的整体医疗服务质量的改进和医院整体管理水平的提高都有着积极的推动作用。结论三级甲等综合性医院推行主诊医师负责制有助于提高医院医疗质量和工作效率;有助于促进医院精细化管理,提高医院管理水平;有助于增强医务人员服务意识,提高患者的满意度,可有效缓解医患矛盾,并能充分发挥各级医师的主观能动性,促进医疗技术的进步与创新。
Objective Exploring the feasibility of this medical management model by implementing the system of attending in charge in three grade first-class general hospitals. Method With looking into documents, researches, questionnaires, data analysis, referring to operation mode of the attending in charge in other domestic hospitals, combining with the specific actual situation of economic, cultural backgrounds and hospitals in the Beijing area, we design the appropriate mode and operational mechanism for the implementation of attending in charge in this hospital, and practice in the clinical department. Result Through comparative analysis the change of the medical quality indicators of the attending group before and after the implementation, the impact of attending in charge to medical quality is demonstrated. The results show that the implementation of attending in charge has a positive role in improving the overall medical service quality and enhancing the overall management of hospitals. Conclusion The implementation of attending in charge in three grade first-class general hospitals helps to improve the medical quality and efficiency of hospitals; helps to promote sophisticated management and improve hospital management; helps to strengthen the service awareness of medical stuff, increase patients' satisfaction, effectively alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients, fully bring all levels of physicians initiative into play, and promote the advancement and innovation in medical technology..
