摘要
大江健三郎在《拔芽击仔》中构建了“我们”和“外面”两个世界，并以此为主线展开故事情节，讲述了日本战败前夕一群感化院儿童的悲惨遭遇。其中，“我们”主要由感化院孩子组成，而“外面”则由感化院教员、宪兵、村长等构成，是当时日本社会的缩影和象征。小说中的“外面”世界不但罔顾事实，处处排斥、打击“我们”，而且千方百计想要消灭“我们”，充分显示了其虚伪、偏执、极端、冷酷和野蛮的性格特质。作者在塑造“外面”世界的过程中，运用了较多的色彩词，色彩词在表现“外面”世界的性格特质方面发挥了十分重要的作用。
In his novel Nip the Buds, Shoot the Kids, Kenzaburo Oe constructs two worlds： the US world and the OUTSIDER world. The story revolves around the miserable experiences of adolescents in a reformatory on the eve of Japan＇s defeat in World War II. The US world consists of a group of children in the reformatory, while the OUTSIDER world is composed of reformatory staff, military police and village head, etc. , which are the epitome and representation of the Japanese society. Being hypocritical, bigoted, radical, cold-blooded and barbarous, the OUTSIDER world not only ignores facts but also takes every chance to repel and attack US and tries every means to annihilate US.
