摘要
介绍云天化云峰分公司产能为280 kt/a的磷酸装置工艺流程以及萃取槽的性能及工艺控制指标,分析了矿耗、矿浆粒度、萃取反应温度、石膏中不溶磷情况,总结了酸解反应工艺指标的优化控制、过滤系统絮凝剂的使用、闭路磨矿系统改造等措施,现场检测数据证明有效地提高了萃取率降低磷矿消耗。
The process flow of the phosphoric acid plant with a production capacity of 280 kt / a of Yunfeng Branch of Yuntianhua,the performance of extraction tank,and the process control figures are outlined. The rock consumption,particle size of slurry,temperature of extraction reactor,non-soluble phosphorus in phosphogypsum are analyzed,and the optimization of reaction process figures,application of flocculating agent in the filtration system,revamp of closed milling system,etc. are summarized. Site testing data show that it has effectively increased the extraction rate while reducing the consumption.
