摘要
报道了用贵州黔南地区磷矿所制得二水湿法磷酸制备工业级磷酸一铵(MAP)的实验,研究探讨了中和料浆的固液分离条件、杂质的去除及其对工业级磷酸一铵晶体性状的影响,为贵州黔南地区磷矿后续深加工产品的多元化提供了一种工艺路线。
The experiment on making industrial grade mono-ammonium phosphate( MAP) from dihydrate-process phosphoric acid made from phosphate rock in the south Guizhou province is outlined. Research and discussion are conducted for the conditions of solid-liquid separation of the neutralization slurry,removal of impurities,and its impact on the crystal property of the industrial MAP,which provides a process route for diversity in the downstream product manufacturing using phosphate rock in the south Guizhou province.
