摘要
采用甲醛将分离自鸡的单增李斯特菌灭活后再与弗氏完全佐剂按体积比1∶1混合制备成全菌灭活疫苗,通过平板划线和动物接种试验对制备的疫苗进行安全性与免疫效力检验。结果表明,15日龄京粉雏鸡接种1×1010 CFU/mL抗原含量的全菌灭活苗后无异常反应,注射部位及内脏器官无病变损伤,对致死量的本菌攻毒具有100%的保护率;1×109 CFU/mL抗原保护率达85%以上,表明所制备的全菌灭活苗具有对雏鸡具有较好的免疫效力。
After being isolated from chicken and inactivated with formaldehyde,the Listeria bacteria was mixed with Frend compelete adjuvant according to the volume ratio 1∶1to prepare the whole inactiated cell vaccine.The safty and immunogenicity of the fungus inactivated vaccine were tested by animal inoculation and plate streaking.The results showed that 15 days old Jinfen chicks were no abnormal reaction,no lesions at the injection site or internal ogans after inoculated with 1×1010CFU/mL antigen.It can protect the chicks from the lethal dose of Listeria Bacteria with the rate of100%;The antigen protection rate of 1×109 CFU/mL was more than 85%.It indicated that the whole inactivated cell vaccine has good immune effect on chick.
