摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜下联合胆道镜经胆囊管胆总管取石（LTCBDE）的可能性及应用技巧。方法：对38例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,术前经MRCP检查确诊,采用LTCBDE治疗。结果：38例手术均获得成功,无1例中转开腹,术中出血40~80ml,住院天数4~6天。结论：掌握合适的适应症,LTCBDE是治疗胆囊结石和并胆总管结石的合理术式。
Objective： To evaluate the the available and application technique of laparoscopic transcystic common bile duct exploration. Method：38 patients were diagnosed by MRCP before operation. All patients were treated by laparoscopic transcystic common bile duct exploration（LTCBDE）. Result： All LTCBDE was successfully and no case was transferred to opening appendectomy. The hemorrhage during operation varied from 40 to80 ml, the admission day was basically the same with LC.Conclusion： Master Indications, LTCBDE is the best operation to treat Clolecysto-and choledocholithiasis.
