摘要
建设学习型社会,完善终身教育体系,已经成为国家和政府的重大决策.终身学习成为可持续发展社会中,每个公民适应生存所必备的个人能力,而这种能力的获得和信息素养密切相关.大学是信息素养教育的重要基地,理解信息素养教育的意义,提高学生的信息素养能力,是现代大学教育和大学图书馆肩负的责任.
It has become the major strategic policies of the state and government to construct the learning-o-riented society ,and to establish and to improve a lifelong learning education system .Lifelong learning has become an individual ability for every citizen in a sustainable development society to adapt their environ-ment .The information literacy is closely related to obtaining the lifelong learning skills .University is the primary and important institution for the information literacy education .It is the responsibility of the mod-ern university education and university library to understand the information literacy education ,to discuss the processes of information literacy instruction and to improve the students＇information literacy skills .
