摘要
本文立足于经济新常态这一背景,深入剖析了我国经济新常态阶段的社会就业压力和企业对人才的渴求形势,发现创新改革我国高等职业教育管理体系至关重要。然后提出我国高等职业教育管理体系应顺应新常态经济形势,形成符合新常态阶段下的高等职业教育管理体系,结合笔者多年高等职业教育教学与管理经验,探究如何应对高等职业教育管理体系变为现实亟须解决的问题和策略。希望能为新常态下我国高等职业教育管理水平的提高提供部分理论支撑。
Based on the economic new norm, this paper further analyzed the pressure of social employment and the eagerness of enterprises for talents under the economic new norm in China, and found that it is vital to innovate and reform the management system of higher vocational education in China. Then it proposed that the management system of higher vocational education in China should conform to the economic situation of the new norm, in order to form a management system suitable for the new norm. Combined with the writer＆#39;s many years of experience in educa-tion, teaching and management of higher vocational education, this paper explored the problems existing in the management system of higher vocational education and the coping strategies, hoping to provide some theoretical supports for improving the level of higher vocational education management in China under the new norm.
