摘要
中职学校如何培养出符合社会发展趋势的、合格的会计从业者,是目前中等职业学校迫切需要解决的问题。为此,笔者在多年的会计专业教学实践中,通过社会实践、市场调查等方式,针对中职学校学生的特点,坚持以学生为本,坚持因材施教,坚持以就业为导向,注重课程优化,注重实践教学,改革教学模式,利用现代教学手段,取得了一定成效。
How to cultivate qualified accounting practitioners conforming to the trend of social is one of the urgent problems that secondary vocational schools need to solve. In the accounting teaching practice for many years, taking the methods of social practice and market investigation, according to the characteristics of students, the author adheres to student-oriented concept, sticks to teaching them in accordance with their aptitude, adheres to employment as the guidance, pays attention to course opti-mization and practice teaching, reforms the teaching mode, and uses modern teaching means, finally obtaining certain achieve-ments.
