摘要 驱油剂石油磺酸盐(Sa)在采出液中的浓度随其注入时间的延长而增大,对采出液破乳的影响也加大。作者详细研究了ρ(Sa)对含油质量分数30%的原油乳液破乳的影响规律,分析了4种不同分子结构破乳剂的效果。结果表明,不加破乳剂条件下,乳状液的脱水率随p(Sa)增大而下降,当乳液中加入ρ(Sa)=0~300mg/L时,沉降2h脱水率由59.55%降至50.74%。从乳液粘度、油水界面张力等方面分析了原因。加破乳剂后,破乳初期脱水率随ρ(Sa)增大而降低,破乳后期ρ(Sa)影响减弱。破乳剂SP169分子结构与石蜡基原油、及乳化剂sa分子有较好相似相容性,因此破乳效果最好。 The concentration of petroleum sulfonate(Sa)is increasing with the sustained injection of oil displacement agent,which affects the demulsification of produced fluid. The effect of Sa concentration on the demulsification of crude oil-in-water emulsions of 30% was investigated. The effect of four kind of demulsifiers was also studied. Results showed that dehydration rate of emulsions raises with the in- crease of Sa when added no demulsifiers,and the dehydration rate decreases from 59.55% to 50.74% when the added Sa concentration varied from 0 to 300 mg/L. Emulsions viscosity and oil-water interra- cial tension were analyzed in the paper. Using demulsifiers,initiaL dehydration rates decrease with the addition of Sa,but the influence of Sa weakens in the late. It is the similarity and intermiscibility in molecular structure among SP169,paraffin-base crude oil and Sa that makes it show the prime effec- tiveness.
