摘要
分析农业高校研究生就业现状及主要影响因素,提出深化教学改革,提高培养质量;加强师资队伍建设,发挥导师指导作用;重视研究生辅导员队伍建设,建立全程就业指导体系;发挥校友力量,完善就业网络的建议,旨在缓解研究生就业压力,提高就业率。
The current employment situation of postgraduates in agricultural universities and the main influencing factors were analyzed, corresponding recommendations and suggestions were put forward, including deepening teaching reformation, improving training quality; strengthening the construction of faculty team, developing tutors＇ function ; paying high attention to build instructor s＇ team, establishing employment guidance system; using the power of alumni, improving the employment network, so as to alleviate the employment pressure and improve the employment rate.
