摘要
目的:探讨高龄高危患者前列腺电切术的护理方式及效果。方法:将我院100例行前列腺电切术的前列腺肥大患者随机分成对照组和实验组各50例,对照组采用常规护理措施,实验组在常规护理的基础上采用心理护理、行为指导和对症护理等综合措施,比较两组并发症的发生情况。结果:实验组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高龄高危患者行前列腺电切术后应合理实施护理措施,适当的心理指导可有效减少手术并发症的产生,有助于患者术后恢复。
Objective： To explore nursing methods and investigate the effect in the treatment of patients at the advanced age and in high- risk by transurethral resection of prostate. Methods： 100 patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group（ 50 cases in each group）. The conventional nursing measures were implemented in the control group; the comprehensive nursing measures such as psychological care,behavior guidance and symptomatic nursing were adopted in the experimental group based on the routine one. The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups. Results： The incidence of complications was lower in the experimental group than the control group and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The reasonable nursing measures should be chosen in the transurethral resection of prostate for the patients at the advanced age and in high- risk,the proper psychological guidance can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and it is conducive to postoperative recovery of the patients.
