摘要
随着体验经济时代的到来,服务设计作为一门涵盖多种专业的新兴学科逐渐在国内被重视起来。它强调在整个产品的生命周期过程中的服务,而不是单一的功能需求。随着国内食品安全事件的多次发生,人们对食品安全问题尤为关注,基于这样的背景,国内出现了大量的新型食品网络的社会创新的现象。服务设计的特点决定了新型食品网络的相关服务需由其来设计和优化。本文通过分析相关案例及现状,提出对新型食品网络的服务设计分析。
Since the coming of experience economic era, more and more areas pay attention to service design which is a new discipline covering kinds of majors. It emphasizes the entire product life cycle services, rather than a single functional requirements. With numerous domestic food safety incident occurs, people are particularly concerned about food safety issues, based on this background, there has been a lot of new food network of social innovation. The characteristics of service design determine that the approaches should be used during the new food network. This paper analyzes the relevant cases, and presents some service designs of new food network.
