摘要
基于UCC28019A设计的功率因数可调单相AC-DC变换电路。MSP430单片机作为其控制核心,使用高精度24bitΣ-Δ型ADC采样,可完成对输入电压有效值、输入电流有效值、有功功率有效值、功率因数等参数的测量。由UCC28019A完成功率因数的校正,通过控制数字移相电路对外围电流反馈信号移相,实现功率因数在0.8~1.0范围内的调整。本设计还可通过对输出电流和电压的监测,实现2.5A过流保护和36V稳压输出的功能。
This design is a single-phase AC-DC conversion circuit with power factor adjustable based on UCC28019 A. MSP430 is selected as the control core. We adopt the high precision 24-bit Σ- Δ ADC to measure the input voltage RMS,the input current RMS,the active power RMS,the power factor and some other parameters.The power-factor correction is accomplished by UCC28019 A. By controlling the digital phase shift circuit to shift the phase of the current feedback signal,the power factor can be set in the range of 0.8 to 1.0. By detecting the output current and voltage,the circuit has the function of 2. 5A overcurrent protection and 36V regulated output.
