摘要
航空发动机封严涂层的特性直接影响着发动机的性能,封严涂层刮削试验台是测试评价封严涂层材料特性的关键设备,其中的核心部件是高速主轴。利用Ansys有限元分析软件对封严涂层刮削式试验台高速主轴模型进行模态分析、旋转动力学分析,分析的结果用于封严涂层刮削试验台高速主轴的研制,最后进行了高速主轴的运转验证试验,得到了两种分析结果的分析误差,试验证明在高速情况下动力学分析结果更接近运转试验的结果。
Characteristics of seal coating directly affects the performance of aero-engine,scraping test bed for the seal coating is a key device for testing and evaluatingthe characteristic of the coating materials,and the core component of the device is the high-speed spindle. In this paper,ANSYS finite element analysis software was used for both the modal and the dynamic analysis of seal coating scraping test bed speed spindle model,the results of the analysis used to develop high-speed spindle of the test bed for scraping the seal coating. While analytical error of two analyses was obtained through a high-speed spindle operation verification experiment,the experimental results show that the results of dynamic analysis at high speeds are closer to the operation experiment results.
