摘要
文章从民营科技企业自身特点出发,分析了以责任和激励作为制度执行的前提,阐述了机制创新对强化多数国有企业开展管理创新工作的借鉴意义。企业形成有效的管理创新机制需要具备不断创新的进去精神以及具备足够的开展创新的能力。具备这2点则需要企业家具有强烈的责任感和对企业技术创新行为的有效激励,而这些不能自发产生,需要企业的制度提供。
This paper from private technology companies with its own characteristics, analyzes the responsibility and in-centive to the implementation of the system as the premise, elaborated reference mechanism innovation to strengthen the majority of state-owned enterprises to carry out management innovation work.
