乳液聚合法制备PMMA/HD相变储热微胶囊 被引量:9

摘要 采用乳液聚合法制备PMMA/HD相变储热微胶囊,讨论乳化剂用量、芯壁比及交联剂用量对微胶囊性能的影响,利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TGA)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和扫描电镜(SEM)测试了微胶囊的化学结构、耐热性能、相变温度、相变焓及形貌特征。实验结果表明:得到的微胶囊呈类球形,平均粒径为0.7μm,包埋率达64%。相变温度和相变焓分别为17.61℃、150.1 J/g,加入交联剂能够将微胶囊的耐热温度由100℃提高至170℃。 This paper uses emulsion polymerization to prepares microencapsulated PMMA / HD phase change materials( micro PCMs),Influences of key factors( i. e emulsifier,HD: MMA ratois,cross-linking agent) were systematically discussed. The chemical structure,thermal properties,phase transition temperature and enthalpy and morphology of the micro PCMs were investigated by using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy( FT-IR),Thermogravimetry Analysis( TGA),Differential Scanning Calorimetry( DSC) and Scanning Electron Microscopy( SEM). The experimental results shows that the prepared micro PCMs is spherical and the average diameters is 0. 7μm indicated by SEM,the HD content of micro PCMs reaches 64% by DSC,the Phase change temperature and phase transition enthalpy of micro PCMs are 17. 61 ℃,150. 1 J / g indicated by DSC. Thermogravimetry Analysis indicated that crosslinking agent can improve the heat resistant of micro PCMs,with a heat resistant temperature of 170 ℃.
