膝骨性关节炎患者坐-站活动时的表面肌电图研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:评价膝骨性关节炎患者与一般健康人在执行坐-站活动时股四头肌和胭绳肌的肌肉功能和协调活动差异,为临床制定康复训练计划提供依据。方法:用Noraxon TeleMyo 2400T型表面肌电图仪对18侧膝骨性关节炎患者和18例一般健康人在坐.站活动时股外侧肌、股内侧肌和股二头肌进行表面肌电信号测试。结果:病例组BF/VL大于健康组(P〈0.05),股外侧肌、股内侧肌和股二头肌的肌电振幅与对照组差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:膝骨性关节炎患者的训练计划应从集中训练股四头肌肌力转变为训练股四头肌和胭绳肌肌肉激活协调性,膝关节肌肉共激活的减少对提高膝骨性关节炎患者的功能表明.委有好处。 Objective: To evaluate the muscle function and coordination activities differences of quadriceps femoris and hamstring muscle between knee osteoarthritis and general health people with sit-stand activities, to provide reference for clinical rehabilitation plan. Methods: Noraxon TeleMyo 2400T surface electromyography tested surface electromyogram signal of vastus lateralis muscle, medial vastus muscle and biceps flexor cruris of 18 knee osteoarthritis and 18 general healthy people with sit-stand activities. Results: BF/VL of case group was better than that of healthy group (P〈 0.05), there wasno significant difference in EMG amplitude Of vastus lateralis muscle, medial vastus muscle and biceps flexor cruris between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Training programs for knee osteoarthritis should be changed into muscle activation coordination of quadriceps femoris and hamstring muscle from inteusivelytraining muscle force of quadriceps femoris, reducing knee joint muscle co-activation is better for functional performance of knee.osteoarthritis.
