摘要
本文对采集于吉林临江的野生垂花百合种子进行了种子特性及萌发能力的研究。结果表明,垂花百合种子不具休眠特性,第5d开始萌动,发芽率达72.1%,适宜萌发条件为无光照的室内变温环境（16～23℃）,发芽势可达61%。将种苗移栽至1泥炭︰1蛭石和2泥炭︰1珍珠岩两种不同基质的穴盘中,成活率都达90%以上。
Lilium cernuum seeds which introduced from Linjiang city, Jilin province were used to research the characteristics and germination ability. The seeds of Lilium cernuum germinated in the 5th day without dormancy. The suitable condition for germination was variable temperature（16～23℃） without light, which led to the germination rate of 72.1% and germination potential of 61%. Over 90% of seedlings survived after being transplanted into the plug tray with the substrate of peat and vermiculite（1：1） or peat and perlite（2：1）.
