摘要
自2008年冰灾以后,覆冰在线监测技术受到普遍重视,国家电网管辖的华中、湖南、浙江、福建等地电网,南方电网管辖的广东、广西、云南、贵州省网和超高压电网先后研制出覆冰监测系统并投入使用。首先总结了目前输电线路覆冰在线监测系统和监测模型的研究现状,并分别展开分析论述,同时阐述了南方电网覆冰监测系统运行流程,并对在线监测系统运行期间所获得的大量运行数据进行大数据处理的发展趋势提出了看法和意见。最后,对覆冰在线监测预警系统做出了总结和展望。
Since the 2008 ice disaster,icing online monitoring technology has been under general attention,and power grids of the State Power Grid in Huazhong,Hunan,Zhejiang and Fujian,provincial grids of the Southern Power Grid in Guangdong,Guangxi,Yunnan and Guizhou,as well as the super-grid have developed and put into operation the icing monitoring system. Firstly,this article summarizes the present research status of icing on-line monitoring system and monitoring models on transmission lines,carries out analytical discussions,and expounds the operational process of the icing online monitoring system in the Southern Power Grid. Then,it gives comments on the development trend of big data processing of the large amounts of operational data obtained during the operation of the online monitoring system. At the end,it made a summary and outlook about the icing online monitoring and early warning system.
