摘要
为了获得用于研制微生态制剂的乳酸杆菌菌株,从健康仔猪小肠中利用MRS固体培养基分离得到一株革兰氏阳性杆菌,通过培养特性、染色特征、菌落形态以及生化鉴定结果,初步判定该菌株为乳酸杆菌,再结合16S rDNA分子鉴定进一步确定该菌株为乳酸杆菌。牛津杯法体外抑菌试验结果显示,该菌对致病性大肠杆菌的抑菌效果较好,可以作为微生态制剂的保存菌种。
In order to obtain Lactobacillus strains for the study of micro ecological preparation, we used the MRS solid medium to isolate a gram positive bacillus from small intestine of healthy piglets. Through the cultural characteristics, colony morphology and staining characteristics, biochemical identification results, we initially de-termined that the strain of Lactobacillus, combined with PCR to determine the strain of Lactobacillus analysis. The Oxford cup method in vitro bacteriostasis experiment results show that the lactobacillus effect on nosogenetic E.coli better and the Lactobacillus can be used as a preservation strains of probiotics.
