延迟支付和订单融资下三级供应链最优决策问题研究 被引量:3

摘要 以制造商利润最大化为目标,用Stackelberg博弈模型求取资金约束时不同延迟支付时间内制造商最优批发价格、延迟支付时间、零售商最优订货量等.研究发现,延迟支付和订单融资可提高供应链绩效;在达最大值之前,制造商利润随批发价格、延迟支付时间增大而增大,供应商和零售商利润随延迟支付时间增加而减少;通过合理设置参数,制造商利润可大于无资金约束下最大值,供应商和零售商利润始终低于无资金约束下最大值. Choosing a multi-level supply chain consists of a single supplier,a single retailer,and a manufacturer as the research object,the manufacturer has the absolute advantage.Then profit model is constructed of supply chain member under financing model with both upstream and downstream member delay in payment and supplier financing by manufacturer's order under capital constrained situation.Using Stackelberg game model,under the object of manufacturer's profit maximization,the optimal wholesale price,optimal delay time of payment and max delay limits for manufacturer,optimal order quantity for retailer and profit of the supply chain members are calculated.Study has shown that the mode of delay in payment and order financing in multi-level supply chain can improve supply chain performance;manufacturer's profit monotonic within the constraints before the peak,increases with the manufacturer's wholesale price and the delay time of payment;by setting a reasonable parameters,the manufacturer's profit is higher than the maximum value of unconstrained situations,profit of supplier and retailer can't reach the point of optimal value of sufficient capital situations and continue to diminish with the increases of delay time in payment.
