摘要
建立了土壤和底泥样品中总汞的微波消解-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱测定方法,对方法中微波消解程序、原子荧光光谱仪测定条件进行了优化,在最佳条件下,方法的检出限为(0.50×10-3)mg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.9%。方法具有灵敏度高,检出限低,线性范围宽,快速、简便等特点。
To establish the determination method of microwave digestion of total mercury in soil and sediment samples by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of the conditions, procedure of microwave digestion, atomic fluorescence spectrometer method were optimized, under the optimal conditions, the detection limit of (0.50×10-3) mg/kg, the relative standard deviation is 1.9 %.
