摘要
营造培育环境、加快培育进程和培育新型职业农民是我国现代农业发展的关键。文章阐述了新型职业农民的概念、需求、现状及制约新型职业农民培育的因素。提出了完善新型职业农民培育的外部环境机制、构建新型职业农民培育体系等健全培育新型职业农民的建议。
Creating cultivation environment, accelerating the cultivation process and breeding new type of professional farmers are the key factors to develop the modem agriculture in China. The new concept of professional farmers, its needs and present situation, as well as limited factors of new farmers＇ cultivation were elaborated in the paper. Measures and suggestions for cultivating new type of professional farmers were given, such as improving external environment mechanism and setting up training system for new type of professional farmers.
