摘要
电子膨胀阀作为一种新型的节流控制装置,因其控制灵敏、反应速度快、控制范围广等特点逐渐取代传统的毛细管和热力膨胀阀,该文在传统的控制电子膨胀阀的PID及模糊控制算法上提出了一种双模糊控制器算法。在系统启动和稳定运行过程中对电子膨胀阀用不同的控制算法分别控制,并在Matlab软件环境中建模仿真。仿真结果表明了该算法在控制蒸发器过热度方面有很好的优越性。
As an new type of throttling device,electronic expansion valve replacing the capillary and thermal expan- sion valve gradually,because of its nimble control,fast responding speed and wide control range. This paper proposed a dual-fuzzy controller based on the traditional PID and fuzzy control algorithm,using different control algorithms to regulate the electronic expansion valve during system startup and steady running process. And modeling and simula- tion in the Matlab software environment,the simulation results show that the algorithms have a good advantage in terms of controlling evaporator superheat.
