摘要
主桨叶是直升机的关键部件,是直升机振动的主要来源,影响着直升机的飞行、操纵、安全性能。本文介绍了利用复合材料修复的方法对某型机主桨叶的性能进行补偿性修复的技术,可有效排除铰链力矩超差,降低振动,满足使用要求。
The rotor blade is the key component of helicopter and is a major source of vibration. It affects manipulation and safety performance of the helicopter. This paper introduces a rotor blade repair method for performance compensating u- sing composite forming technology. It can effectively reduce the hinge torque error, and reduce vibration.
