摘要
针对液压挖掘机工作故障的控制问题,以PC200型液压挖掘机的液压系统为例,对液压系统的能量损失和气穴现象进行研究,并在设计液压系统时采取了减少能量损失和气穴现象的措施,液压系统的故障率降低到了25%以下,输出有效功率增大0.8%,达到了节能和提高挖掘机液压系统寿命的目的.
Aiming at the control of hydraulic excavator failure in work,based on the analyzing of the hydraulic system of PC200 excavator,The thesis analyzes and discusses the loss of pressure and airlock of hydraulic system.When hydraulic system is projected,it adopts measures to decrease the energy loss and harm of airlock.The utilization rate of power is increased.Hydraulic system failure rate is reduced to less than 25%.Power utilization rate is increased by0.8%.It saves energy and improves the service life of thehydraulic system in excavator.
